  From the moment we walked into Mattress Firm, we were pleasantly surprised by the customer service we received from the manager, Evan Gagnon. He was friendly, knowledgeable and low-pressure. It was great to be able to have him point us in the direction of the type of bed we were looking for and then have time to ourselves to try it out, without a pushy sales person following us around the store. Then when we decided on a bed, Evan was great at answering our questions and giving us detailed responses that demonstrated his knowledge of his products. Evan's sales approach, made it easy for us to finalize the deal and we definitely recommend him to others looking for a great mattresses buying experience! Delivery was on time and we are happy with our new bed. P.S.
